Obesity is the mother of many diseases like hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases arthritis and many more. Nowadays, a large number of over weight people have got quite serious to control body weight as they want to improve their health and appearance.

They are practicing different weight loss programs and spending hours in gyms to shed extra pounds. But it real means, it is not easy at all to lose weight.

Millions of people in the world enroll themselves in different commercial and self-help weight loss programs every year but, unfortunately, the number of obese patients has alarmingly increased in the U.S and rest of the word. The misfortune is that most of the people treatment after the onset of the conditions.

But when these people become overweight, they begin to look for the solution and use diet pills and engage themselves in commercial and self-help weight loss programs. It is also a sad fact that due to lack of awareness in weight loss these people are not guided in a proper way.

A large study on the high blood pressure treatment reveals that, treatment with the benazepril (ACE inhibitor) in combination with amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) provides better control on hypertension than treatment with benazepril plus hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic), in reducing the death rate due to cardiovascular diseases.

In this specific randomized, double-blind study, 11,506 hypertensive patients with high risk for heart problems were assigned to the above mentioned combinations.

Both combinations showed excellent rate for anti-hypertensive activity, the researchers noticed. However, obvious difference between-group was in the initial outcome. Death due to cardiovascular causes, led to early execution of the trial, within 36months.
