Body detox is relatively a new phenomenon in the weight loss technique. It is a purification process that cleanses your body from harmful toxins. Researchers have explained that we absorb chemical toxins through many ways which includes, but are not limited to, eating, drinking and inhaling.

Under normal circumstances most of these chemicals are naturally eliminated from our body through stool, urine or sweat. However, due today’s stressful lifestyle and poor nutrition most toxins accumulate in our body in the form of fat depositions.

Health hazards are often times the by-products of smoky emissions of automobiles and industrial waste, insecticides and a few other household chemicals.
