Six manufactured of the baby bottles have agreed to stop the use of Bisphenol-A, an industrial chemical some studies suggested could be harm infants, Connecticut’s attorney general stated.
Attorneys general of Connecticut, Delaware and New Jersey had issued the letter last October to eleven manufacturers of the babe bottle maker to quit the use of toxic chemical.
Richard Blumenthal, Attorney General of Connecticut reported that Avent, Gerber, Dr. Brown, Playtex and Evenflow have responded positively and going to quit the use of chemical.
Mentioned five companies have stopped the use of Bisphenol-A, a couple of weeks ago.
