Anti Biotics

There are many side effects of anti-biotics even though we may be happy taking them in our daily lives. Too much of anti-biotics can lead to destruction of our natural immunity and cause yeast infections. Too much of yeast infection can then turn into various diseases which can even be cancer or carcinogenic cells. The etymological root of anti-biotics is derived from the Greek word “anti” meaning against and “bio” means life. So this is actually a bacterium which is taking away the life forms that cause the diseases. Bacteria which cause infections in animals and humans are thus targeted through different forms of medications. The singular form of bacteria is a bacterium.

There are several forms of illnesses which may include salmonella, tuberculosis, syphilis, meningitis, etc. which can be cured through anti-biotics straight away. Some bacteria within us are however beneficial and are good to be there true. Some of the good bacteria are there to keep our body healthy and disease free. The more enzyme rich meals we take or even the choice over alkanizing our body more will definitely lead to the growth of these beneficial bacteria.
